Participation Fee

The participation fee is 100 euro per person and it is applicable for all delegates and journalists.

The fee includes:

  • Participation at the ZAGIMUN 2007 conference
  • Coffee breaks in the morning and afternoon
  • Gala dinner
  • Social activities e.g. parties
Expenses generously covered by our partners:

  • Lunch during weekly sessions
  • Welcome dinner
  • Materials for the Conference
  • Excursion to the city of Varaždin
  • Accommodation costs (breakfast included)
Expenses not covered by the fee or our partners:

  • All meals not mentioned afore
  • Travel costs to and from Zagreb
  • Personal expenses

The actual costs for organizing the conference are much higher than the Conference Fees charged of the participant. Thanks to the sponsors the conference organizer receives generous financial support to keep conference fees as low as possible.

As payments via credit cards or cash are not possible participants are requested to transfer the fees to the following account:

Please do not pay the fee unless you have been accepted for ZAGIMUN.

We would like to stress that you will not be registered as a participant of the conference until we have received your fee.

The fee is non-refundable even if you are unable to participate at ZAGIMUN.
